You vs your rivals in AI answers

See who AI names instead of you

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Google's AI Mode (its chat-style search) or Perplexity for a recommendation, each one names a few brands. MentionBerry asks your buyers' questions many times on each assistant and shows how often you and each rival are named, on which questions, and why. Then it shows whether your changes worked.

Example

"What's the best email tool for a small online shop?" Asked 10 times.

Rival A: 9 of 10
Rival B: 5 of 10
Your brand: 2 of 10

Rival A's lead over you is bigger than the range around each number, so it's real. Rival B's isn't yet; more runs would settle it.

What MentionBerry will show you

Who is named instead of you

Every brand named in the same answers, how often each one appears for each question and assistant, and the range around it. You see where a rival leads and where you do.

Why, or why not

Whether the assistant searched the web, which pages it linked to for each brand, and whether it named a brand from what it already knew. Each points to a different fix.

Whether your change worked

Counts before and after you change a page, set against questions you didn't touch, so a rise is only called real when it's bigger than chance.

What the free reports don't show

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools now show how often your own site appears in their AI answers, and OpenAI is reported to be testing a similar report for ChatGPT. Each one covers a single platform and only a brand you've proved you own. None shows your rivals, the questions behind the number, or why you were named or left out.

MentionBerry measures those across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews (the AI summaries at the top of Google results) and Perplexity. Because it doesn't need access to a brand's own accounts, an agency can run it for a client, or for a prospect before a pitch.
